Yes! We provide secure online video counselling sessions for clients located in Alberta and Ontario.

Do you direct bill insurance?

Accepted Answer

We offer direct billing whenever possible, though availability depends on your insurance provider and your therapist’s credentials. Most insurance companies allow direct billing with our Registered Psychologists. For Provisional Psychologists, we can typically direct bill with Alberta Blue Cross, Medavie Blue Cross, Greenshield, and Sunlife.

For psychoeducational assessments and other testing services, we can often provide direct billing but it depends on your policy and insurer.

You can choose a therapist by looking at their profiles from the directory, or looking at the service, issues, or frameworks pages which list the therapists that are relevant on each page.

Do you offer psychological assessments?

Yes! We provide various assessment services for both adults and children (Ages 6+), including psychoeducational assessments, ADHD evaluations, cognitive assessments (IQ testing), MVA Psych Assessments and Veterans Mental Health Assessments.
