Calgary Psychologist Clinic Pricing and Insurance

Our Calgary Psychologist Clinic offers counselling services and psychological assessments. We have standard pricing for psychologists and counsellors and offer direct billing for many of our therapists for a wide range of insurers – eligibility is on a per therapist basis, so make sure to mention your insurance company when you contact us for a free consultation to make sure you’ll be able to enjoy direct billing with your therapist of choice.

Calgary Psychologist Counselling Session Pricing

All sessions are booked to 60 or 90 minute lengths, ensuring your Psychologist has time to properly document your session and prepare for their next session.

Cancellations

We request 48 hours notice of cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged at half the billing rate. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged at the full rate. *We understand emergencies do happen, so if you find yourself in a difficult situation please call us.

Psychologist Documentation

Documentation is billed at the same rate as individual sessions and based on the time estimate your Psychologist will provide ahead of creating the required documents. Documents are billed ahead of creating and are delivered as soon as they are completed by your therapist.

Formal Psychological Assessments

Formal psychological assessments are a series of tests that psychologists perform to understand and observe a patient and can lead to a diagnosis. Our Calgary psychologist clinic offers a variety of these assessments which are mostly completed in-person from our Mount Royal University location.

At our clinic, we strive to make the billing process as convenient and straightforward as possible for our clients. While we offer direct billing for many insurance companies, the availability may vary depending on your insurance provider and the credentials of the therapist. Unfortunately, some insurers, such as Sunlife, do not allow us to offer direct billing. FOur goal is to ensure that navigating the financial aspect of therapy is as seamless as possible, allowing you to focus on your journey towards healing and well-being.
